Property blueprints for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Also contained in this recent photograph release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the drawing is a channel, a waterway in the region, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a key identifying distinct parts of the land.
In addition to this are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as layouts for dock shelters.
