Designed as a batch pre-mixed which is packed full of tastes of a holiday season, making it perfect for your holiday party. Any leftover cordial you can use for breakfast cocktails, puddings, or to mix more rounds of this cocktail.

Serves 10 servings
To make the Clementine Cordial (produces 750ml)
300ml recently pressed clementine juice
200ml newly squeezed lemon juice
500g caster sugar
For the Cocktail (produces 850ml, enough for 10)
400ml decent vodka
100ml dry gin
150ml peach-flavored liqueur
200ml clementine cordial (as made above)
A few cranberries, for garnish
Mandarin essential oil, to finish
Method
Making the Citrus Syrup: Combine the listed ingredients inside a pot, heat until it reaches a light boil, stirring so the sugar melts. Next, remove from the heat and let it to cool completely. Pour into a sealable bottle, seal and refrigerate it in the refrigerator, it will last for around one month.
To make Batch Mix: Mix every spirits and syrup into one sizeable container, let it rest for one hour, then pass it through , ideally through a fine cloth, so it's perfectly clear.
To serve: Pour 85ml from the premix into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and agitate lightly for one minute to cool it down. Pour to a frosted cocktail glass or a similar vessel, garnish with the cranberries adding the final touch with a light spray of the essential oil over the top.
